Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.

  • Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications\n

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

  • At least two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a professional setting.

  • Exceptional skills in compassionate communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.

  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.
