Guardian Data LLC is seeking a detail-driven and highly organized **Project Coordinator** to join our South Hackensack team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — collaborating with clients, internal teams, and technicians to ensure the successful execution of IT asset projects. What You’ll Do:

- Be the primary point of communication with clients, ensuring projects stay on track and on schedule.

- Coordinate schedules, travel, and resource allocation for our IT technicians.

- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and the General Manager to plan and execute project scopes.

- Manage project paperwork, from chain of custody documentation to billing and closeout files.

- Oversee logistics for asset handoffs between clients and our warehouse team.

- Track and maintain technician equipment and project tools.

- Provide valuable feedback on technician performance to support leadership decisions.

- Champion safety, confidentiality, and compliance throughout every phase of the project.

What You’ll Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

- 3+ years of project coordination experience in an office setting

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).

- Experience with project management software.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a high-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

- Maturity, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
