Senior Electrical Project Manager Opportunity:

Overview:
Project Management is time-consuming and demands a high level of dedication. A typical workweek is expected to be 50–55 hours. Time tracking is required, and management will work with you to maintain a healthy balance. Additional days off may be scheduled with prior approval, particularly around holidays.
First 90-Day Objectives:
- Complete New Hire Orientation and Safety Training
- Watch and complete all Conest training videos
- Complete online Spectrum training and review SOPs
- Become proficient in both Spectrum and Conest software

- Perform take-offs and input using Conest assemblies
- Complete pricing via Bid Recap in Conest
- Demonstrate full understanding of take-offs for equipment, devices, cabling, supports, etc.
- Learn and demonstrate proper use of electronic project file structure
- Complete OSHA 30 Training (if certification is older than 3 years)
- Complete First Aid/CPR Training (if certification is older than 2 years)
- Review and understand all company safety and operations manuals
- Complete Bluebeam University and begin applying the tools
- Promote a culture of:

- Review assigned projects and recommend improvements

90–180 Day Objectives:
- Correct any deficiencies from the first 90 days
- Manage projects to stay within 2% of estimated labor and budget costs
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Complete general electrical/NEC training
- Oversee tool inventory and secure management
- Assist Superintendents with monthly job costing reviews
- Actively participate in superintendent training meetings (weekly/monthly)
- Use iPad tools for site management (e.g., Procore, material orders, 3-week lookaheads)
- Review assigned submittals and material specs
- Streamline weekly material ordering from field teams (goal: 1/week)
- Implement changes based on month-end project reviews
- Ensure completion of weekly Toolbox Talks and proper documentation
- Attend and document GC weekly project site meetings
- Learn and use the CPC/Month-End/Job Cost system
- Submit accurate, timely Month-End reporting
- Conduct Monthly Site Safety Reviews and address any issues
- Create a personal/professional development plan (40 hours of training annually)
- Build or renew one customer relationship
- Identify and communicate 2 benchmark goals for the next quarter
- Additional objectives as assigned
180–270 Day Objectives:
- Continue improvement on previous goals
- Promote full safety compliance across all project sites
- Manage projects to stay within 4% of labor and budget estimates
- Complete project budgets within 14 days
- Complete change proposals within 3–7 days
- Submit submittals within 10 days of project start
- Commit to long-lead material purchases within 5–10 days, with POs issued within 14 days
- Support annual employee performance evaluations (1-week turnaround)
- Begin mentoring 1–2 leads/supervisors for advancement
- Implement personal development strategies based on strengths/weaknesses
- Apply Best Practices to project installations
- Build or renew one customer relationship
- Set and communicate at least 2 benchmark goals for the next quarter
- Additional objectives as assigned
270–360 Day Objectives:
- Address any remaining deficiencies
- Read a book or complete a course on Leadership or Management
- Set and communicate benchmark goals for the next year and for all direct reports
- Review goals quarterly
- Build or renew one customer relationship
