Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM–11:00 AM
Pay: Weekly Pay
About the Opportunity
Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a growing sheet metal fabrication company in Pompano Beach, FL, and we are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who has worked as a boat technician, automotive technician, mechanic, or in a similar technical/mechanical environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of mechanical/technician experience
- Experience working with boats, automobiles, machinery, or mechanical equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work the scheduled hours consistently
What You'll Do
- Assist with mechanical and fabrication-related work
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work with sheet metal and mechanical components
- Assemble, adjust, and inspect components
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
