Job Description

Join Us at The Lone Rock Foundation Retreat in Bailey, CO – Full Time Overnight Cleaner 12am - 8am

Located 40 mins from downtown Denver and 30 minutes from the foothill areas we are easy to get to and right off of Highway 285. Nestled in an inspiring natural setting, our nonprofit retreat center supports education leaders—by offering them a peaceful space to rest, reflect, and recharge.

We are more than just a workplace—we are a values-driven team dedicated to meaningful service and genuine care. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are foundational to our mission.

What Sets Us Apart

Unlike traditional hospitality environments, The Lone Rock Foundation Retreat is not open 365 days a year. We host groups up to 60 people and we only flip rooms 2-3 times of week due to our minimum two-night stay. Our calendar aligns with the rhythms of the education community, which often means time off during major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s—creating a healthier work-life balance for our team.

We Take Care of You, Too

We offer a generous and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and future:

  • 4% 401(k) employer contribution
  • 3 weeks' vacation
  • Up to 48 hours of paid sick leave
  • 12 paid holidays annually
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Comprehensive dental and vision coverage
  • Four above-market medical plan options, starting at $28 every two weeks
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Exclusive employee discounts and reward perks
