Location: Seaside, OR and surrounding areas

Schedule: Day shift, 4x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). See up to 6 patients per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points. No weekend or on-call requirements. One-on-one patient care in home health settings.

Requirements:\n

- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Reliable personal transportation is required
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
