Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
Travel: Out-of-state travel may be required. All hotel accommodations are paid, and a daily per diem is provided for meals.

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Railroad Track Maintenance Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the repair, replacement, and maintenance of railroad tracks and railroad ties to ensure safe and efficient rail operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining critical transportation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, replace, and maintain railroad ties and track components.
- Perform heavy physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all company and railroad safety policies and procedures.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Assist with track maintenance and repair projects while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and repetitive manual labor.
- Experience in construction, railroad maintenance, landscaping, general labor, or a similar field preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel for project assignments when needed.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
- Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment.
