Seeking a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for getting down to the nitty-gritty of hardware. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while providing essential support to our technical operations. The IT Apprentice will assist with various tasks related to computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and network support, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT services.
Duties
- Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support that keeps our critical computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing systems operating at peak performance
- Install, configure, repair, and rigorously test everything from individual workstations to complex server setups and state-of-the-art teleconferencing gear.
- Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware problems, including desktop support and firewall configurations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to manage and resolve tickets using tools such as Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Document processes and solutions for future reference, contributing to knowledge management within the team.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance skills in relevant technologies
- Participate in virtual technical sessions during the apprenticeship to enhance knowledge and skills in various technical areas.

Requirements
- IT aptitude and willingness to study and sit for multiple certifications ie: CompTia A+
- High School diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizen
- Clean Criminal background
