Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 10–12-hour shifts
- Friday (as needed): 8-hour shift
- Start time: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
The duration of this assignment is 2 months, depending on the project.
Pay:
$32.00 hourly.
Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for our client in the Houston, TX 77040 area.
Job Description:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
- Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices, including voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Read blueprints or technical diagrams.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Utilize power tools and testing equipment.
- Work with low-voltage and high-voltage systems.
- Understand National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems.
- Install and program logic controllers.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must have 1 year of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
- A valid electrician's license is required.
- Must have all PPE (hand tools, saw, drills, tools to cut conduit and pipe).
- Must be proficient in blueprint reading.
