The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare system in Wausau, WI to recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) for a newly expanded, state-of-the-art Cardiac Tower and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
- Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition
- Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry
- Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient status
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
- Interest in cardiac, high-acuity, or critical care nursing
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred; training may be available if needed
- New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
