- Location: Solana Beach, CA
- Job Type: Part-time or full-time (Hourly, depending on availability and fit)
- Schedule: Must have availability for weekends, holidays, and store open/close shifts

✨ Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
- Deliver a high-touch customer experience with style advice, product knowledge, and genuine care
- Build relationships with both new and returning clients through conversation and service
- Operate the register and handle transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain store appearance: cleaning, restocking, and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards
- Follow merchandising plans and uphold our signature feminine aesthetic
- Stay informed and excited about new arrivals, best sellers, and promotions
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and style-loving team culture
- Embody the Morning Lavender brand through your personal style, energy, and professionalism
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong communication and people skills - you enjoy connecting with others
- Confidence in your personal style and a passion for fashion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
- Comfortable working on your feet for 6–8 hours and able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to handle POS systems accurately
- Willingness to take direction, learn new systems, and pitch in wherever needed
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
