As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.
The Scope of Work
- Prospecting and lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses
- Showing properties and working with tenants, owners and buyers
- Marketing properties and working with tenants, owners and sellers
- Working closely with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
- Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
The Ideal Candidate
- Has an active real estate license or in the process of getting.
- Knowledgeable about investing in real estate
- Has a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.
- Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.
- You make continuous learning a priority.
- You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team!
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
