These records include attendance, FTE, report cards, and any other records required as part of the professional duty of a teacher.IV Professional Development PlanCompletes all prescribed activities outlined in the Professional Development Plan according to timelines indicated. In cases where a Professional Development Plan required for specific needs development, progress relative to completing the annual Professional Development Plan shall be one of the assessments during the evaluation process. For teacher in the unsatisfactory category, the ultimate evaluation of successful completion of a Professional Development Plan is significant improvement in targeting areas by the next year's annual evaluation. REQUIREMENTS: Seeking candidate with Bachelor's degree Mathematics, Education or closely related field. Must hold a valid T-4 level GA Educator Certificate in Mathematics.
