Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Evening/Night Shift | 6:00 PM–6:30 AM | Rotating 36/48-Hour Schedule | Guaranteed 36/48 Hours Based on Agreed Schedule
Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every Third Holiday
Local Candidates Required: No
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate: $1,380–$1,465/week (Based on 36 Hours per Week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have several years of travel nursing experience, a background in long-term care or skilled nursing, and the ability to work overnight shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license.

• Several years of travel nursing experience.

• Experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility.

• Ability to work overnight shifts.

• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility policies.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).

• Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the care team.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.

• Participate in unit orientation and comply with facility policies.
