Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to candidates with their CCC-SLP or current Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for assigned students (caseload details still being finalized)
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary educational teams to maximize student outcomes
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in compliance with IEPs and school policies
- Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy, progress reports, and documentation
- Contribute to IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
- Stay engaged in ongoing professional development to provide current, evidence-based interventions
