Position Overview
\n
We’re seeking an experienced CT Technologist II to join a leading healthcare organization in Chapel Hill, NC. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity working a consistent Monday–Thursday night schedule.
\n
\n
You’ll perform advanced CT imaging procedures and work closely with radiologists, physicians, trauma, stroke, cardiology, and other clinical teams to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging for patient care.

What You’ll Do
\n
- \n
- Perform advanced CT examinations and imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Perform CTA, stroke, trauma, cardiac, perfusion, and other advanced CT studies.
- Assist radiologists with CT-guided procedures, including biopsies, aspirations, joint injections, and needle-wire placement.
- Administer oral, rectal, and IV contrast safely according to established protocols.
- Establish IV access and assess patients for contrast eligibility, including required lab values and contraindications.
- Perform multiplanar and 3D image reconstruction and optimize scan parameters and image quality.
- Recognize abnormal or questionable findings and communicate appropriately with radiologists and care teams.
- Work with adult and pediatric patients, including exams requiring general anesthesia.
- Support and train CT Technologist I team members on advanced exams and procedures.
- Maintain patient safety while optimizing radiation dose and image quality.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Science/Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification with advanced CT certification (ARRT(CT)) or registry eligibility, as applicable.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Ability to maintain required registry status and continuing education requirements.
