Job Description

This full-time, on-site contract opportunity is located near Maple Grove, MN, and welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) who are passionate about student growth and communication development.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with educational teams and families to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized speech-language therapy for a diverse caseload. The assignment begins approximately August 25, 2026, with students starting September 8, 2026, and continues through June 10, 2027. You’ll enjoy the structure of a consistent 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current (or eligible) MN SLP license; PDF of license required with application
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech/language screenings, assessments, and evaluations
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and larger educational team
Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
Provide direct and consultative services to support students’ communication needs
Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
