This full-time, on-site contract opportunity is located near Maple Grove, MN, and welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) who are passionate about student growth and communication development.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with educational teams and families to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized speech-language therapy for a diverse caseload. The assignment begins approximately August 25, 2026, with students starting September 8, 2026, and continues through June 10, 2027. You’ll enjoy the structure of a consistent 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligible) MN SLP license; PDF of license required with application
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and larger educational team
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative services to support students’ communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
