Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members. 
Available Shifts

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Previous customer service, sale or related experience required</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Fun, friendly and flexible individual</li>
<li>Willing to work as a team player</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention</li>
<li>Promotes memberships and programs</li>
<li>Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA</li>
<li>Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.</li>
</ul>
Rate of Pay
$11.35/hour (Commensurate with experience) 
*** Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
