Sonshine Manor, located in Republic, Missouri is currently seeking a dietary manager to join our team.
Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage daily food service operations in our facility</li>
<li>Recruit, hire, and train new staff members</li>
<li>Instruct staff on how to prepare the meals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain the inventory of our kitchens</li>
<li>Work within a budget&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways</li>
<li>Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule</li>
</ul>
Dietary Manager Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>Dietary manager certification is preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients</li>
