In This Role, You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Following up with leads to maximize your closing rate
- Building client trust and guiding them through the buying or selling process
- Running buyer and seller consults that lead to action
- Hosting open houses and showings for active listings
- Keeping deals on track through close with consistent communication
- Bringing in new business from your network and marketing efforts
- Having a strong understanding of real estate market trends
What You’ll Need to Join:
- An active real estate license
- At least one year of agent experience
- A minimum of five completed transactions
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Comfort with real estate tech platforms
- The ability to stay organized and manage your time independently
