Hiring: PMO Support / Technical Writer
W2 with Shakti Solutions only - Visa independent Candidates only.
Onsite - Sacramento, CA or Gilbert, AZ
Looking for a strong PMO leader with technical writing + governance expertise across SDLC deliverables
Experience in Hybrid Agile (Scrum + Waterfall) and managing large transformation programs
Hands-on with Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project, and driving Agile metrics & release planning
Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, vendors, and transformation offices This is an ideal fit if you have 5+ years experience in government/enterprise programs or know someone who might be a fit.
