Job Summary
Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our Meineke Car Care Center is seeking a full-time Automotive Center Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet Objectives levels.
  • Establish good working relationships with owners, General Manager, and technical staff to ensure sales processes and daily unit metrics are met.
  • Implement growth strategies that align with group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss strategies that meets the needs of the local market.
  • Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Performance vs Objectives for opportunities and provide solutions for both.
  • Ensure that you maintain knowledge of and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle repairs, and the automotive industry as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed.
  • Two or more years of experience in a Service Manager or Center Manager position for a Car Care Center is necessary.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends.
  • Possess a state-issued drivers license and acceptable driving record to operate company-owned vehicles.
  • Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success.
