Overview

Responsible for administrative support to our facilities maintenance team. Responding to emails, ordering
supplies, completing inventory of supplies, forwarding invoices, and scheduling communications.


Responsibilities

Customer Service
• Handle telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Identify the needs and provide the appropriate level of assistance; work with the facilities
maintenance team if supervisor is not available to assist.
• Notify Facilities Maintenance team of complaints and conflicts.
Maintenance Department Duties
• Handles breakdown calls as needed.
• Approve, enter, and E- file all maintenance invoices.
• Responsible for weekly billing of branches for repair work and supplies.
• Assess accuracy of inventory, hands on cycle counting.
• Feilding requests from locations for cleaning
Service and Maintenance
• Schedule locations for service and repairs.
• Prepare work orders for service and repairs for facilities maintenance team
• Maintain repair history for all company assets.

• Attendance at Company/store meetings is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ year’s administrative
experience in the area of fleet maintenance.
o General knowledge of mechanical principles of automotive and commercial vehicles is
preferred.
o General knowledge of local, state, and federal vehicle codes and safety regulations is
preferred.
o Mechanical repair service parts terminology for automotive and commercial vehicles is
preferred.
• Language Ability: Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with individuals inside
and outside of the company.
• Math Ability: Basic math skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft office and other
Company and discipline specific software applications
• Certificates and License: Driver License
