Our client desires an experienced Sr. Legal Counsel for their Van Buren Township, MI area location. This is an on-site role - no remote option!

This is an on-site role that will assist with the launch of new joint venture powertrain.

This is a marine niche product that is being developed.

This role will be responsible for contracting the supply chain for the program.

Will draft and negotiate the series supply agreements, tooling agreements, and other commercial agreements for this project.

Must have a JD Degree, 7+ yrs. relevant experience and manufacturing experience.

Must be local - no relocation assistance offered.
