**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our team, starting October 25, 2026. In this role, you will apply your specialized expertise in steam turbine and reciprocating compression systems to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of our precision rotating machinery. You will work with complex industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment, contributing to the reliability and performance of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair steam turbines and reciprocating compression equipment
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on rotating machinery systems
- Execute alignment, balancing, and assembly tasks with precision
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain detailed work documentation
- Support equipment commissioning and operational readiness
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience with steam turbine systems
- Demonstrated experience with reciprocating compression equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely with industrial machinery
- Reliability and attention to detail
**Working Conditions**
This position involves work in an industrial manufacturing environment with rotating machinery.
**Compensation**
$26 - $42 per hour DOE with Per Diem at GSA Rates
