Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our Irrigation Crew. As an Irrigation Technician, you’ll help install, repair, and maintain center pivot irrigation systems on farms and agricultural properties. This is hands-on, outdoor work that’s essential to helping our customers keep their crops watered and growing strong.

Compensation:

$21.50+ DOE

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and setup of center pivot irrigation systems
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on pivots
Work with electrical, hydraulic, and water systems
Operate equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and loaders
Help dig trenches, lay pipe, and wire systems as needed
Keep tools, trucks, and work areas clean and organized
Communicate with team leads and customers professionally and respectfully

Qualifications:

What You’ll Need:

✅ Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons

✅ Experience running equipment (backhoe, trencher, etc.) – required

✅ Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and mechanical systems

✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✅ Ability to work well with a crew and follow direction

✅ Valid driver's license

✅ Ag or irrigation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday
Some Saturdays during peak season
