Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a 1+ year experienced EOIR Immigration Attorney to join their team, handling court-focused immigration matters with ECAS filings, hearings, and high-impact advocacy.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Represent clients in MCH and Individual Hearings before EOIR.

Prepare, sign, and file all motions, briefs, EOIR-27/28, and court-related forms through ECAS.

Review and approve all client intakes and determine relief options.

Develop case strategies and guide case managers/paralegals on evidence and filings.

Monitor court notices, deadlines, orders, and ensure EOIR/BIA compliance.
Qualifications:

J.D. with active U.S. state bar license in good standing.

Existing ECAS registration required.

Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume immigration litigation caseload.

1+ year EOIR experience and English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
