Scott Electric has a current opening at ourYoungwood, PAbranch for a Full-TimeProject Coordinator in theCommercial Lighting division (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM).
Responsibilities:
- Assure accuracy of lot job reconciling including change orders, on time billings and maintain or increase lot job profit levels
- Ability to converse on a knowledgeable level with electricians and general contractors purchasing managers, estimators, job foreman, vendors and their reps
- Work with multiple jobs construction schedules, order status and completion deadlines
- Ability to be proactive rather than reactive, and to achieve best problem resolution for customer and company
- Provide the best customer service and enthusiasm for increasing sales
Requirements:
- One-year general sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced math skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning, effective and efficient time and task management, with organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated, a self-starter with excellent time-management abilities
- Long term commitment to developing knowledge in the lighting industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly stressful environment dealing in a very competitive industry
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to detail
- Calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations
- Must be a team player with confidence to work independently
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Microsoft Office expertise
Preferred:
- One-year Lighting Sales experience

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
