Compensation and benefits
- Hourly pay: $29–$30 based on experience and certifications

What you’ll tackle
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair tractor and trailer electrical/mechanical systems using standard procedures and tools such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows
- Perform preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers
- Complete DOT inspections per FMSCA guidelines
- Meet the physical demands of the role: lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction, stand or lie for extended periods, and move freely to access equipment
What you bring
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a Class B license preferred
- Technical or advanced degree, or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience using JPRO and OEM diagnostic software, multimeters, and Windows-based tools
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Team-first mindset with strong customer service, plus clear written and verbal communication
- On-site evaluation with recommended training
