Position Summary:

The AI Operations Manager will lead the automation of MX (Mobile) Sales Data, Survey Data, coordination, content creation and distribution, KPI reporting, and Retail data analysis through AI-driven workflows. This role will eliminate manual inefficiencies, deliver real-time cross-functional visibility, and accelerate decision-making to strengthen execution for the MX Insights Analytics team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams
Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance drive data driven decisions
Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
Proficiency in AI tools (Either Claude, Gemini, or Cline, Open AI, Co-Pilot, DeepSeek) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
Strong understanding of retail operations.
Ability to look at data and analyze to build key insights
Curious mindset with strong verbal communication skills
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.
