We’re hiring a dependable, multi-skilled team member to support both front desk operations and housekeeping duties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, maintains high cleanliness standards, and is comfortable with basic technology.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation updates
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Use computer systems to manage bookings and records
Housekeeping Duties:
• Clean guest rooms and common areas as scheduled
• Perform laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
Skills & Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge (email, booking systems, etc.)
• Ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work day or overnight shifts as needed
