Job DescriptionWe are seeking a licensed, reliable, and patient-focused Pharmacist to support our team on a per diem basis.
Schedule: Every other Saturday and 2–3 weekday shifts per month.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
- Ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- Collaborate with prescribers to resolve medication-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Support daily pharmacy operations and provide excellent patient service.
Qualifications:
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medication safety and pharmacy regulations.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
