Position Title: Lagree Coach

Reports To: Head Coach / Studio Manager
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Corefire - Chatham

Position Overview

Corefire Coaches are the heart of the Corefire experience. Each coach leads dynamic, motivating, and safe Lagree classes that reflect our brand’s high standards and community values. This role requires deep knowledge of the Lagree Method, strong communication skills, and a passion for guiding clients toward their goals in an inclusive, encouraging environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead powerful, engaging, and results-driven classes following the Corefire programming and Lagree Method principles.
  • Deliver clear, precise, and motivating cues to guide clients safely and effectively through each movement.
  • Provide hands-on corrections and personalized modifications for all fitness levels and abilities.
  • Foster community by connecting with clients before and after class
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment that aligns with Corefire’s culture and values.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training to maintain certification and uphold Corefire standards.


Qualifications

  • Lagree certification required or willingness to pay and complete a Lagree certification
  • Prior group fitness, Pilates, or personal training experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and proper movement technique.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
