Job Description
Help guests feel confident, refreshed, and renewed. This role allows you to focus on delivering personalized skincare treatments in a serene spa environment designed to elevate both your skills and the guest experience.
Duties
- Provide consistent professional facial, waxing and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Understand all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- TN State Esthetician License.
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guest.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
