Overview

CTG is seeking a Data Engineer – Business Intelligence to design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports that drive actionable business insights.

Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
Monitor KPIs, trends, and variances to support business decisions.
Automate reporting pipelines and improve data quality.
Translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.

Skills & Tools:

Tableau, SQL, SAS, Python
Agile, Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA
DevOps, API integration

Experience:

Strong background in BI development, ETL, and data engineering.
Experience in automating reporting processes and improving data accuracy.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
