Responsibilities of an Executive Driver:Transportation Services
- Safely transport passengers to and from assigned destinations.
- Arrive on time and provide dependable service.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan efficient routes and adapt to traffic conditions when needed.
- Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings.
Customer Service
- Greet passengers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide a comfortable and welcoming experience.
- Respond to passenger questions and requests professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Represent zTrip with professionalism and courtesy.
Vehicle Care
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Keep vehicles clean, safe, and presentable.
- Report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for daily service.
Qualifications of an Executive Driver:Required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed.
Preferred
- Experience as a driver, chauffeur, shuttle driver, or transportation professional.
- Hospitality or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems.
