???? Completion Bonus: $150/month

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 60 Hours Per Week

The Construction Safety Representative will provide daily field safety oversight for civil construction crews, subcontractors, and supervision while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
✔ CHST, ASP, CSP, or Other BCSP Credential
✔ Current CPR / First Aid / AED Certification
✔ Minimum 5+ Years of Construction Safety Experience Preferred

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide daily field safety oversight for civil construction operations
- Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor excavation activities, utility installation, grading operations, and heavy equipment activities
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
- Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
- Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
- Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
