We are currently seeking a skilled Wireless Communications Engineer to join our growing team and help develop next-generation communication systems.
Title: Wireless Communications Engineer
Compensation: $140k–$175k/year (depending on experience)
Location: greater Ft Lauderdale, FL area

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and optimize high-performance wireless sub-systems
- Work on advanced components like receiver front ends, VCOs, synthesizers, and power amplifier chains
- Design, simulate, and test both analog and digital circuits for transceiver functionality
- Execute detailed performance and compliance tests, then document findings clearly
- Use modern test equipment and software tools to evaluate electronic hardware
- Debug and troubleshoot signal path and hardware issues across the design lifecycle
- Support production teams and interface with testing staff to ensure manufacturing success
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through engineering studies and performance analysis
What you need for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical field
- 5 to 10 years of experience designing RF transceivers or similar wireless communication systems
- Proficiency in using test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.) and simulation tools
- Strong understanding of RF concepts including IF design, impedance matching, and noise optimization
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced engineering team
- Excellent documentation and communication skills—verbal and written
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and collaboration
- Prior experience in LMR, wireless communications is a major plus
