Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to assist in overseeing the operations of our Family Entertainment Center in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full Service Restaurant Management and possess excellent leadership skills to drive the success of our establishment.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient food preparation processes and uphold food quality standards.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales, inventory, and customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the General Manager to delegate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Skills:
- Proven experience in Entertainment Center or Full Service Restaurant management with a focus on management
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing POS systems for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the Food/Bar industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
