Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to perform welding tasks on trailers, ensuring high-quality fabrication and welds. This role requires expertise in MIG welding techniques and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on trailers with precision and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding tasks effectively.
  • Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in MIG welding.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding, flux core techniques, and fabrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in welding fabrication processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

Work in an open air, non-climate controlled environment on the 1st shift, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
