Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. This role provides strategic direction for Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability & Environmental functions, driving operational excellence, product conformity, workplace safety, and environmental stewardship across all manufacturing processes.


Essential Job Duties

  • Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA for new product launches and process changes.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, certification processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to embed compliance culture across the organization.
  • Implement OHSMS for shop-floor safety: machine guarding, lockout/tagout, ergonomics, and PPE compliance.
  • Oversee the creation of a comprehensive Health & Safety plan, JHA, risk assessments for equipment, processes and chemicals, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for quality (First Pass Yield, Scrap Rate, Customer Complaints, COPQ), safety (Leading indicators Near Miss, and Lagging indicators DART, TRIR), and environmental performance; drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for operational hazards and environmental impacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IMS into daily operations and strategic projects.
  • Ensure robust emergency preparedness and compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for supplier audits, customer quality requirements, and regulatory bodies


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001/14001/45001 or equivalent.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.


Work Experience

7–10 years of experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibility across Quality, EHS, or Sustainability.


Skills and Competencies

  • Expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and audit processes.
  • Strong risk management and compliance skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and KPI management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
