Job DescriptionDirect Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate (4–7 years) for its New York office. This nationally recognized practice provides a platform to handle complex real estate and commercial lease disputes for clients across industries.Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of real estate and commercial lease litigation.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials.

Manage client communications and coordinate with internal teams.

Take ownership of matters and provide strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.
Requirements

4–7 years of experience in real estate and commercial lease litigation.

Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

New York Bar admission required.
Compensation

Expected salary: $250,000–$380,000 per year

Actual compensation will depend on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
