GL Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Monday thru Friday
From 7am until 4:30pm
Permanent Position
Background check and Drug test are required
Payrate start from $16 to $16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and packing lists.
- Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
- Label and stage completed orders for shipping.
- Verify quantities, product numbers, and order accuracy.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory and communicate discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
