This position is located at our Lutherville, Md store.

Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the bus route or light rail.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.__

BAKERY LEAD/MANAGER-FULL TIME/HEALTH BENEFITS

We are looking to hire an experienced, hands-on Bakery Manager to supervise and manage all bakery operations.

Bakery Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

3 Years of Supervisory Experience
3 Years of Baker experience
Oversee daily bakery operations.
Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers/pastry chefs.
Hands-on Manager prepares, produces and bakes, breakfast pastries, doughnuts, breads, rolls, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies, and other goods.
Experience in benchwork, scale and mix ingredients.
Overseeing operations and staffing for the bakery department.
