Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active and valid SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Prior experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with delivering teletherapy services as well as in-person support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students (caseload and specifics currently being finalized)
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain all required documentation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other educational professionals
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed
  • Adapt therapy plans to support each student’s unique needs and learning environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district and legal guidelines
