Machine Operator
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Pay: $18.55/hr (includes shift differential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Type: W2 contract (potential temp-to-hire)
Interview: In-person

Position Summary
We’re hiring a Machine Operator to support a manufacturing environment by setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting moderately complex/automated production equipment while ensuring quality and documentation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine setup, operation, adjustments, and monitoring of production equipment (including automated processes/controls)
- Complete minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM), and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect in-process parts for quality; remove defective product/material as needed
- Document quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately
- Assist with root-cause analysis for process/product exceptions
- Follow established procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety/housekeeping policies
- Work overtime as required to meet business needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail; reliable/punctual attendance
- Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
- English proficiency (read/write; basic math; able to follow charts/diagrams)
- Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
- Safety shoes required

- Onboarding requires 1 week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) — must be able to attend
