We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gas Fireplace Specialist to join our driven by service excellence team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain gas fireplaces, gas inserts, and related venting systems

• Diagnose issues and perform troubleshooting on a variety of gas fireplace models

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations

• Educate customers on safe use and proper care of their units

• Complete detailed service reports and provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain clean work areas and company vehicle/equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with gas fireplace service and installation (minimum 1–2 years preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Knowledge of venting systems and gas connections

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in residential settings

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Certifications (e.g., NFI, CSIA, or gas license) are a plus but not required
