The Role

You’ll be the face of Pool World at our Spokane Valley store. You aren’t just "ringing people up"—you are an educator and a lifestyle consultant.

Expert Advice: Help customers master their water chemistry (we'll teach you how!).
Lifestyle Sales: Guide customers through our selection of high-end pools, spas, and BBQs.
Showroom Pride: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming sales floor.
Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager and peers to hit team goals.

Who You Are

High Energy: You’re self-motivated and love talking to people.
Detail Oriented: You understand that "doing things right" is the key to happy customers.
Reliable: You’re 18+, have your own transportation, and are ready to work (including Saturdays, a required work day).
Coachable: No experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude and a hunger to learn, we’ll provide the training.
