Assistant Casino Manager Benefits & Compensation

Assistant Casino Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in gaming, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong P&L, cost control, and financial performance management experience
- Four-year degree (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of Oasis applications (Customer Inquiries, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking, etc.)
- AML/Title 31 training and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Must be willing to relocate to a remote resort location
- Must obtain and maintain required gaming licensing; spouse subject to background check at final stage
Assistant Casino Manager Must Haves
- Support VP/General Manager in daily gaming operations
- Lead and supervise departmental leaders (Marketing, Player Development, F&B, Security, Facilities)
- Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance across casino operations
- Oversee staffing, financial goals, and performance analysis
- Approve comps/credit within regulatory guidelines
- Actively engage with guests and staff—hands-on leadership, not an “office dweller”
