Recognized by Super Lawyers and the American Institute of Personal Injury Advocacy, this firm is expanding and looking for a talented Associate Attorney to support their growing caseload—primarily motor vehicle accidents.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client results in a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights:

Handle motor vehicle accident cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and compelling legal motions
Represent clients in court conferences across the 5 Boroughs and Nassau County
Conduct and defend depositions and EUOs
Take an active role in jury selection and trial proceedings
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed and prepared

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a JD and is licensed to practice in New York
Brings 3–9 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
Has courtroom presence and confidence in handling depositions
Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $200,000
Discretionary and origination bonuses
